My car sure has come a long way... and still has a long way to go... these old pics of when I picked it up are pretty funny now...

Compared to now...

Ready to get her up here to keep the progression moving forward... I'm thinking hubs/wheels/tires/brakes next...

See... this would be a perfect post for a RB General forum... hint hint

Looks good! When you put the gauges where the center air vent used to be did you block it off or re route it?? Just curious.. I may do that.

where, did you get that gauge cluster? or did you make it?...I was going to order one from Racepod.com but they no longer have that site, I've seen the metal ebay ones but I like the black or cf ones.........any help?

I think these were the ones Racepod was selling, but I'm not sure

Thanks everyone! Yeah... the inside needs some love, but seats made it much better... got other things a bit higher on the priority list. Lots of what was in that first pic has been cleaned up... I actually pulled the stock rats nest of wiring out and put some speakers in there... and cleaned up the floor... still has the rip in the carpet though.

For the vent, take the it out and make a template taking the measurements off the vent hole (inside the crease)... then measure and put the holes in...

That's thin aluminum... I'd recommend something with a little thickness to it... this is that really thin stuff you get at ACE and I'll be making a thicker one here in the near future.

I duct taped off the vent opening before installing the vent. They are electric Greddy gauges...

Nice link... I'll be in the market for wheels at the beginning of next year...

Unless you have your heart set on wheels that only come in 5 lug I would save the money on the hub swap. The 4 lug skyline brakes I got were cheaper than the 300zx brakes. More money for wheel and tires.

Definitely a good point, but I already have Stoptech Calipers sitting at home... just need to swap out the pistons, pick up the mounting brackets and lines to finish the kit.
