remembering the FAQ

Yeah so K-Car is gone, he will be missed by a lot of people.

Mourning aside though, I think we should make an effort to reconstitute that faq. It was a good resource for a lot of people, and I dont think that whatever happened should hurt anybody (new or old) needing information.

All judgments aside about what should (and should not) have been done- let's try and repair what was lost. I'm not as much an expert as some of the people here, I'm hoping that those in the know can pull together to write something pretty decent.

Post it here or in a seperate FAQ, whatever. Its a good idea, you know it.
