you should see the parts room. i'll try and remember to get a pic of that after work.lino wrote:The garage looked clean and spacious in the first pic, then after you started taking things apart it looks like you are running out of space with parts everywhere.

gracias. and yes, that's what i was up to before i called.DrifterXRPS13 wrote:oh so that's what you were doing before you called me...heheee...congrats again on the motor!
no vtak, but it does have vtc on the intake. i'm still trying to find a way to conirm whether it is in fact a neo or not. the gauge cluster has neo6 written on it and the exhaust side vc has r34 written on it. the coil pack cover has no writing on it, which makes me believe that they installed blanks since they would be covered up by the plastic neo cover anyhow.JLAUDIO85 wrote:no vtekkkk y0?
mine just kickkkkk in
exactly the kind of info i was after. danke homie.kouki munster wrote:If it is a neo motor it will have solid lifters just like all rb26's.
Edit: it also looks like it has the electric throttle body

i'm pretty excited to get going. the dude i got it from was going on about a cage and doing all these things for >450hp. i don't think i'll be going that high in such a light car that will only be on sunday cruising duty. that being said, it's going in mostly stock to begin.leesredgt wrote:Nice man!!! Youll like the RB no doubt!!!
Its gonna be a sick weekend car man. Yeah anything over 450 in that would be more trouble then anything for a cruiser, especially if you were out in it and got caught in the rain. The rear end would be all over the place.lolnumbnuts240 wrote:
