So im shopping for fueling parts now theres someone on ebay selling reman 740cc jecs injectors.. Its just the injectors, but theyre only 300 bucks, they do come with a 1 year warranty which i really like.. Few things im confused on, he says theyre for 93-95 model year and direct drop in, but i have a 91.. I thought 90-95 were all the same.. Im still waiting to hear back from him.. Also can i use the stock electrical plugs?.. Theres also some new 900cc injectors for 400 bucks.. But i dont think i need that.. It would save me alot for the $1000 740cc nismo injectors.. If i did get the jecs do i need an adapter?

Also how needed is the 300 degree fuel rail can i not get away with pushing that much fuel through the stock rail? theres so many options and im finding hard to find details on everything ive been finding

So from what ive learned the jecs are drilled stock injectors frefitted to flow more fuel.. Same with daeshworks and they cist about the same as nismo.. I cant seem to find hks for sale anywhere.. Anyone have experience they could report back on larger jecs? Or advice on what to get im not made of money, but i dont wana blow my engine up from a failed injector

I'd stay away from reman'd and redrilled units, nothing much good there.
700-800cc should be fine for your goals, you might consider low mileage used injectors as I was lucky to have available for my build, saving me a lot of money...perhaps your builder knows of a past customer or other who has used/known good injectors he could get for you?

So my best bet then would be used nismos if i was wanting to stay cheap? Cuz no luck finding those.. Dont have a builder, doin it all in my garage.. Well ill keep looking, no need to rush, still waiting on pistons and rods and i gotta get the engine back together before i really need to decide which injectors to buy.. And for the 700-800cc range im aiming for do i need a 300 degree rail? I still dont really understand the point of that, better flow? Or is it to fit new style injectors on my 91 block?

Also from what ive read if i just go with a chip, which is what i was planning then i kind of need to stick to nismos, cuz thats what theyre preprogrammed for.. At least thats what i read

1. I agree with D, I would stay away from anything that has been re-drilled.
2. Fueling control is a game of finesse, talk to your tuner about which injectors he would prefer to tune.
3. Basically for the size you are needing Nismo is your only 100% safe choice, there are Bosch top feeds available with capabilities well over 1000CCs but those will require a lot of other parts to fit.
4. The injectors are not the same, they changed mid production run. If your car has phase 1 injectors (89-94 on TT and 89-93 on NA) you have the phase 1 fuel rails, these require an adapter kit to fit the phase two units. The kits are fairly cheap at ~$100 from many of the vendors.

The 300 degree rails are all about the preferred phase 2 (new) setup, it adapts phase 2 injectors and connectors to phase 1 hardware on the motor. There is actually a far cheaper method for this such as the JWT injector adapter plates which also help another injector issue- may want to look into these. These allow you to use all old hardware with new injectors, just need new connectors same as any change.
