My first post here, and virtually my first problem with a '95 G20. The antenna motor gave out during a trip and the antenna is now stuck in the up position. When I turn either the radio or car off, I can hear the motor trying to work for several seconds but the antenna does not go down.

What's the expert diagnosis on this? Could it be a fuse or do I need a new or repaired antenna motor? And what would the expected cost be?

I guess I could ignore the problem since the radio works fine, but after so many years I'm accustomed to the antenna tucked away when I approach the car.

Usually the motor is still working but the cheap plastic peice is what breaks.
