Relocate Cruise Control problem

Ok, I've had my after market steering wheel for a while now and want to get my cruise working again. The only problem is I cant figure out where the stupid cruise control button attaches to. I've looked at the FSM but the plug that it shows as the Cruise Control already has something plugged into it.

I took off the steering wheel thinking it was behind that but theres nothing there to plug anything into. Any help from anybody, maybe a picture of the spot it connects to? Or just some guidance as to where it is.

This is a 1990 Hatchback by the way.
