Relocate battery for CX Racing IC kit?

Hey guys,I'm thinking of buying a CX Racing intercooler kit as I've heard good things about them, especially for the price. The question I have is, will it be necessary to relocate the battery if I do so? It's an 89 S13 with an SR20 swap that has had the stock sidemount since I installed it. But it's had its day.

Any other feedback (positive or negative) on the CX kit? I still haven't decided if I'll go with it, or possibly the Bings (bings.ca) kit.
