I've been saving up for a new set of wheels/tires and was just wondering what the best online store to order from was. Anyone have a good experience with a certain one or maybe a bad experience with one. Who do I want to deal with and who do I need to stay away from? I've never bought wheels/tires of the internet. I see alot of ads in the tuner magazines and not sure what to go with?

I got mine through machiii.net not the largest selection but they had decent prices on package deals and they were pretty professional.

They have good service and better prices than many places online. Only thing is that they dont carry that many brands of rims

All above can get you new and used premium JDM wheels.

For tires, I have always bought from Discount Tire (as Tire Rack does not carry Falken), but I know a lot of folks are very happy with Tire Rack.

What ever you do make sure you get a written specification of the radial/axial wheel run out and a specification as to maximum weights required to balance............make sure that meets the oem wheel specification!

Wheels can be damaged in transport and you might not see/measure it until too late to return! Heck most aftermarket wheels don't meet specs brand new when shipped to retailer or leaving factory.

A proper wheels should not require more than 5 grams inside and 5 grams outside to balance to 0/0 grams on the fine setting.......careful most shops use the secret coarse setting to avoid the truth........it rounds down to zero from 7 grams or a 1/4 ounce.
