reliable boost on t25 stories

im turning up the boost soon with the stock t25, i was wondering how long some of you guys have been running the thing past 7psi and how is handles(turbo and injectors)...or handled.im running mine as a DD. ever have any trouble after turning it up?

I did 12 psi max with safc tune at 11.6 wot. It was fine, it feels faster than 13+ psi

But now I'm running stock boost for now, need to be reliable until this semester is over

This is an old and highly covered issue.

I'll cliff note it for you

12-13 psi == safe. Many have been running this range for years reliably

14 psi = Scimming the range of compressor effeciency. Your turbo will hate you for what little time it has left as this will severely shorten its life expectancy.

15 psi = strap some M80s to the turbine wheel as it will grenade in short time at this rating. Also, this boost range puts the compressor way out of its effeciency range.
