Tom- If the problem is a bad injector o-ring it's as simple as removing the injector (2 screws), putting on the new o-ring (less than $1 at the dealership) and reinstalling. I am not familar with the J30 but on the Q, three of the injectors are easy to get to, the other 5 are hidden under the plenum.
The best thing you can do is a search (lots of them) and read up on J30 injector issues and the steps to change them out. If you have basic mechanical skills and a few hand tools you can swap out injectors. There are no adjustments or specialty tools required and you don't have to be a rocket scientist. I'm not an expert by any means, but I think that pulling and examining the spark plugs is your best first step. I'm sure someone with more expertise on the J will read this thread and offer more advice. Good Luck.
BTW- You can download a copy of your Factory Service Manual (FSM) for free at Phatg20.net.
