Not many of us have R51 (2005-2012) Pathfinders, so please bear with us.

Where are these letter markings specifically? According to NTB09-036 - IPDM SERVICE, relays on the IPDMs are not supposed to be moved. The only serviceable components are the fuses. You're supposed to replace the entire IPDM as a unit.

sorry didnt mean to come of as an A-hole. its just so difficult to find the answer to this question even the "service tech" at nissan couldnt tell me. i know they shouldnt be moved but the sidewalk mechanic tat was under my hood when i wasnt around (family friend) made a mess of my IPDM. the letters are on the relay itself in the pic if you look close the ECM relay has an X the starter and ignition relays both have Ws on them all the others have 4s right on the top part there are other small #s on them but these are larger and in squares. thank you for your help

Unfortunately I can't see any information about the specific relays in the factory service manual, nor any TSBs. Are there any issues as a result of the relays being moved around?

yeah unfortunatly i have no low beam headlights for about 3 weeks now behind that ive done all test possible (not a stranger to 12V sydtem, im a body man) all wiring, voltage, and grounds are fine all fuses are good the relay checks out but it does not engage. the relay socket gets power as needed but does not get its corresponding ground when jumped to ground all works fine. i know theres an integraded relay in the IPDM so my moneys on that but im just wondering if the relays being switched could have caused that. oh and i should mention that this story all began when the ignition relay fried and when i went to get a new one was when my "friend" did his handy work. thank you for helping
