Relay click after pass airbag recall

Recently had the passenger side airbag recall performed. Really I don't even know what they did, although I did peek at one point and see the guy working on the pass side with the glovebox out.

Anyway, seems odd, but I now have what sounds like a relay click when I step on the brakes, from behind the glove box. Pretty loud for a relay, but that's what it sounds like. No lights, nothing seems wrong, but it's friggin' loud if the radio isn't turned up some.

Just me? Standard after the recall? A fix, or just earplugs?

Unless he moved something behind the glovebox that he shouldn't have moved, I can't imagine how the Takata PAB recall could cause any change in electrical behavior. The recall just swaps out the passenger side airbag inflator.

Yeah, it doesn't seem logical and coincidences do happen, but the timing was so close I was wondering if others had experienced it. Also I wasn't sure exactly what was done. You say airbag inflator, usually it's all one assembly, bag and inflator, it's different in these?

No, most Nissan PAB's have separate inflator cylinders. The rest of the AB's are usually integrated, it's just the PAB's that are usually 2-piece.
