RELAY (CGR) Problem BUZZING Uuunder the hood 92' KADE

My CGR (sp?) relay keeps buzzing when i shut off my car. =( - (This is the lime green relay that is located in the engine bay fuse box)

My temporary solution is to disconnect my battery (Neg Cable) after every run then reconnect to stop the BUZZ. Doing this will stop it for the time being. Once I drive again, I will have to repeat the above after coming to my destination =(

Please, if any one has experience this type of relay problem I would be greatfull for you .10 cents
