I have finally seen this movie after waiting for almost two weeks!Me like. The dragons looked awesome, and the plot was good. It hurt seeing the dragons get killed though, but that Hollywood for ya. Happy endings seem to be the only thing out there. I wanted the dragons to live and be like Draco. Go see it if you haven't, or if you love dragons. :werd

It was an OK movie. The plot wasnt as crappy as I thought, but they didnt show NEARLY enough dragon for my tastes :D

Well I still endeavor to make my minimum of 20 posts in order to have an avatar, so I'm bumping this thread up.

I liked Reign of Fire, but there needed to be more Dragons. : ) I also liked how they made the Dragons look pretty bad a**, compared to some of the other dragons that had come out. Although the smart, destructive, carnivore thing wasn't as much fun as maniacally malevolent with an evil intelligence. : ) Also, there was no way that guy was National Guard, he was Marine all the way. : ) When 90% of your communication is grunting, you're a jarhead thru and thru.

I watched Memento last night with Guy Pearce. If you haven't seen that movie, you need to. Its awesome. Period.

Personally, my favorite dragon in a movie is Draco from Dragonheart. I like the idea of dragons being benevolent and more intelligent than humans.

You like mind-bending plots? If you're brave enough, try out Mullholland Dr. Chances are you won't be able to figure it out for hours after you have watched it, or you may have to watch it again. Just so you don't think Lynch is screwing with you, there IS an explanation. There is a lot of metaphorical content that many people may not get without knowing David Lynch, but the core plot does make sense.

Definitely not for those who like a plot handed to them and wrapped up nicely. (My roommate doesn't get it and he's still pissed off :))
