Hey I'm new to PA, and I was wondering is it possible to state title a JDM car in PA? Let's say you have a car state titled in another state under the JDM 10 digit VIN, can you just transfer it over? I went to an auto tags place yesterday, and they said if I have the U.S title and show them the VINs on the car I should be okay. I just want to make sure before I spend $2000 on state titling a car. I've been in the "drive whatever you want state" South Carolina for the past 3 years. Any info would be appreciated.

my buddy has a R32 GTR legally registered here in PA under A Skyline...since then i think became next to impossible to get a legit Registration..most people with Skylines use 240 Vins and tags..Heard that R33's are the only car that can legally be registered in the U.S.
