Car: 1997 Nissan Skyline GTS-T

Just read nico club's facts about importing a skyline into the us: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/the-fa ... tes-1.html and was a little confused about the RI. I am currently stationed in Germany and purchased a 97 GTST that was shipped from England. I was wondering if the Army shipped my car back to the states, would it be considered a registered importer?

No!!!!! The Army is your employer and will ship a vehicle for you, had you visited your TMO they would have cleared this up for you. TMO requires you to have a Registered Importer to ship the vehicle too(they have forms for this), and they will ship it to the states and your RI needs to pick it up.
