Afternoon everybody. I work at a Wine cellar and brewery in Berkshire MA and we do deliveries even one bottle of wine to our local customers. and i drink alot of wine. We have refridgerated trucks and even single bottle carriers that are rfridgerated for deliveries. I was thinking of doing a refridgerated arm rest or glove box for a single or 2 bottles of wine/liquor. I grabbed the single bottle chiller and it looks like it would fit in the rear arm rest with some minor cutting. I am going to be making this within a few weeks if time is available and will keep posting. I think this would be an awesome upgrade especially for those with presidents or the aftermarket rear window tables with bottle holders i see they sell over in japan. Could use some feedback on this and im definately going to go ahead and do this. I feel the rear arm rest would be easier than the glove box but im looking at a possibility of having one for the front arm rest on the 2nd generation g50

Might want to look in salvage yards/sites for a newer wrecked audi a8, as they offered a refrigerator option that went in rear arm rest area sized to hold a wine/champagne bottle{ bmw 7 and other true flagship vehicles also have offered this option on USA vehicles.

Well thanks for the quick input. But it is actually easier than is sounds. I just need to cut out the interior of the armrest from the front where what looks like a cd's/tape storage compartment. I have the refridgeration unit with glass door that would virtually be a perfect fit. I just need to pickup a spare armrest to custom fit. Then figure out how to wire it but the wiring is the easy part. We actually sell units that plug into the cigarette lighter/2 prong plugs for those cars with built in outlets. We sell alot of those since tanglewood is down the road and people like their wine chilled before they go sit out on the field.

Hey didn't you say you would be coming my way?

You should see what I did to the clock of my car.

I would be interested in this so my Subway sub stays cold. Can you control the temperature on the cooler?

Do you plan on keeping the little space (Coin holder) for future heated/massaged seats switches or will you be adding F50 (2002-2006) Infiniti Q45 heated/cooled/reclining (And massaged not OEM) seats?

Jeez Lino did you have those links ready for such as time as this?

Paul, change your name back please..........? well the expensive one can control temp from 35-52 that runs like 300 bills and its a touch bigger but it might fit. Even if i can't put it in the armrest i can still just like mount the top and bottom onto the box and cut some strips of leather to fit on the sides. im still not sure if we are getting the F50 but i think its coming since the wreck was only 2 towns over. Its still sitting there with the doors unlocked. I stare at it from inside the store every other day. Thinking of just grabbing my buddys wrecker and snagging it but id rather not go to jail for stealing an unmobile car lol. i have a president clock from japan and airbag unit i stil haven't put in. I don't have the time nor patience to do it right now. I want to put some kind of jewels or gold something or other in it but i haven't designed anything yet. Subway subs? don't you have an angelina's in ipswitch? im more interested in keeping my smoked duck camembert cheese and champagne trufles cooled. And god damnit paul you gave me a hilarious idea. I can make a coin slot for those who want a massage when they ride in the Q. 50 cents please. Hell..... five bucks and you can get in!

Are you modifying the rear seat center armrest or the door armrests. What color interior?

I don't want to associate my real name with my NICO user name.

Did you get the Nissan President clock and Air Bag from Rinkya?

Angelina's? I haven't heard of that place but I might try it out. I just need to loose weight like no bodies business. Plus less body weight=slightly faster car!!!

Coin slot for the seat massage feature isn't a bad idea, just implementing it will be tough.
