I want to refresh my ka24de, I know I have to take it down to the bare block and go to machine shop, but I want to know what will I need. Will I need to get new internals, or reuse what I have? I want it to just keep it stock right now.

A lot of times you can re-use pistons and rods no problem, but you'll want to get new piston rings and all new bearings. Realistically your machinist will be the one to tell you if the block needs to be bored out, at which point you'd need new oversized pistons to match the new bore.
