Just finished swapping my engine for a used engine from a 2003 g35 sedan and I'm getting no spark and no fuel and I make a long story short I've checked, rechecked and replaced EVERYTHING. anyone aware if a reflash is necessary. It turns over but will not fire. Let me know.
Thanks

not sure...but we do have a few techs on the site. Maybe the FSM will have the procedure? You're welcome to check (link in my sig).

If you swapped a similar engine into a similar vehicle then the ECU should work fine without a reflash. It would have been reset during the battery disconnect as well. Start with the basics: getting power, fuel system turning on, etc. and work up from there.

So Infiniti just called apparently they think its the crank sensor which I took off the old motor that ran just fine besides the knock. Let's see what happens.

Hopefully it's as simple as that.
