Reflash a 2013?

Since the 2014 gets so much better MPG than the 2013 or the 2014 Select, could these models be reflashed to take advantage of the new programming? THe info I read seemed to say the engine had not been changes, just altered?

So you're going to simply ignore the redesigned CVT and it's impact on improving gas mileage? Or the improved aerodynamics of the vehicle itself?
