Hi, everyone, I got 07 infiniti g35x (auto), and I plan to change the transmission fluid pretty soon. Could someone shows me , how to refill the trans fluid?. I can not seem to find the dip stick for transmission. Thanks

There is a dipstick, but there isn't a dipstick. Apparently on the G, the dipstick is hidden under a 10mm nut or something like that. I think the only way you can refill it, at least it's the easiest way, is to get the car up and refill it down there. How you do that, I'm not sure either. I just know the general idea.

Where at in Detroit?

Honestly I dont think you need to change the fluid unless your at or around 50k miles. With an 07' I doubt you are.Anyways I've heard alot of horror stories with people doing it themselves then down the line having issues with the transmission and the dealer saying they wont touch it because it wasnt done by them.If you are going to change it have a dealership do it and save that nice invoice for the future

Don't only buy it from the dealer, but have them put it in as well. You should be good for atleast another 30-50k when changed
