ok i hear everyone talking about this when it omes to mog so one question what is it wo is it and how does it play into with smog im confused here i tried the search button nothing came up i hear some people pay him or it and dont worry about the smog if haz doesnt answer here ill ask him tommorrow in an e-mail alright guys hope u can help ill check on this later today

no clue but im talking about the one people pay when they get caught with an illegal engine

yup thats the BAR State Referee. all he does is confirm that you corrected and repaired your violation so you would still be eligible for registration and smog in CA.

when you get caught with an SR or an illegally modified part, most police officers will cite you to see the state ref and will not allow you to operate the vehicle until the correction was made. you set up an appointment with a state ref (a shop or smog station with a GOLD SHIELD) and make sure to repair the problem (i.e. swap out for the right motor or part).
