reducing radius

how do i go about sliding around a corner with a reducing radius? ive never tried b/c i cant figure out how its done and i dont want to crash. thanks

downshift

but seriously, just use the gas less, if you have more traction the car pushes into the slide (forward).

then do it the other way for an increasing radius hehe. upshifting mid drift rules. "hey look..more smoke"

I agree, decreasing radius turns are difficult. Downshift like Kamin said, or brake to slow down and then make the turn, if you aren't into 3rd yet. I had a rough time getting this right the last event I was at.

Find somewhere to practice where you *won't* crash, initiate a drift, hold it for awhile, and then try to make it much sharper in a hurry. You'll get a feel for it.
