redtop z32maf and 550cc injector question, enthalpy tune

ok i have a redtop sr in my s13, and i want more power for the dyno, and becuase im powerhungry (LOL) currently im running a full exhaust, t28 with an hks wastegate, fmic, radiator, intake, 370cc's, pretty much everything for bolt ons,

now can i run my 550's with z32 maf and send my ecu to enjuku racing for an enthalpy tune and just have it tuned for the 550's and the z32 maf and call it a day? and if i can, what boost do i run afterward and what not. I am currently running 12 psi which is pretty much maxing out the fuel system, also whats horsepower expected to be if i can do this,let me know guys
