KAs use a post style TPS. There's a notched post that inserts into the TPS to rotate it with the throttle pulley. SRs use a flapper style where the throttle pulley pushes on a flapper attached to the TPS unit. So in short, not compatable
If you take the whole KA throttle body assembly, it will bolt up to the SR intake mani and the plugs for the TPS are the same. You will have to rotate one of the coolant lines to match up, though as the KAs point in a funny direction compared to the SRs
