redtop sr20det--what version power fc d jetro do I buy?

I am going to buy a maf-less d jetro power fc for my 95 240sx with a redtop. The problem is they want to know what my ecu code is? I don't have an original ecu or harness with my motor. I am using a wiring specialties harness and a power fc. Does it matter which ecu I tell them I have? whats the difference? thanks
