It all started when i left da house and went to work by the time i made it to work car shuts off then while rolling i start it back up, then turned the car off and i said ill look at it when i gets off well when i got off from work on the way home while i was driving started to smell fuel really strong smell to the point to where i was about to get sick so i made it to the house and i said i will look at it the next day, I guess when I replaced my #2 injector out I reinstalled it was stuck on open and completely flooded my intake to the point that gas was coming out my throttle body, it fouled my spark plugs so I, put new sparkllugs/siphered gas out n let dry for a week before installing just today installed now car will not turn on?? it turns over sometimes but wont fire up i even listen to the fuel pump and it sounds really loud as if it was in a pool full of fuel bubbling, gets fuel and spark Any suggestions?

Try spraying some starter fluid in the air intake. If it starts that means you still have a fueling problem somewhere. You might of damaged the injectors O-ring grommet things that sit in in the intake. That could cause to flood the motor in addition to adding a huge vac leak.

You said your problem was on cylinder 2. Thats where i would start. Get a new injectors and replace the grommets. Make sure the rail sits tight. Make sure u did lose those fuel rail spacers either. Those are actually important to make a good seal. And lastly check your wiring maybe the injector clip is bad.
