Redtop rough idle tried search on many sites

Sr20det rough idle i need some advice
car 180sx redtop, jasma catback, hks intake, adjustable fpr, rest is stock on the motor
ok to start off i will tell you what happened drive down the street on wot shift into 3rd and then my car started shaking, backfiring, and big loss in power. At first i thought it was a timing issue but after that still idles like s***, shake and no power and vacuum is bouncing between -10 and 0.
Timing ok even checked my friends redtop matches perfect.
All coilpacks have been tested and they work
When i pull the maf sensor engine dies.
Pulled each injector separately and coil pack engine almost stalls out but u can see that it affects it.

When i pull out the vacuum line on the egr nothing happens
Did a compression test before anything and seems ok
I have a gauge for fuel pressure and its pumping 40lbs
I'm running out of ideas of things to check. Im gonna get new spark plugs see if that changes anything this week. Any ideas I've tried a few things already. I'm gonna try to get a video up also.
