i swaped a redtop rb20 into my 90 s13 wich had a sr20 in it i pulled the rb20 from a wreked 93 s13 so it is wired for a 93 im having trouble getting it to fire it cranks and has fuel pressure my question is would it not be starting because of how its wired i just took the pre wired harness from the 93 and pluged it into my grey and brown ka plugs and then into the square rb plug i have 3 different guides for wireing but none of them are accurate for my harness i only have 1 square 8 wire plug on my rb harness there is not a 6 wire plug

redtop wiring is totaly diffrent because it uses a diffren engine management.if the harness was prewired it should work, check grounds...

OMFG a redtop? Yikes, I would be scared to mess with the wiring on that if it was still sitting in the R31 it came out of! I have an FSM that includes the redtop but I don't think it has the computer pinouts, that normally is found in the vehicle specific FSM. I'll see if it's in my book but I doubt it.
