Redtop into s14 wiring

Before anyone says anything, I did search! My redtop harness was modified for an 89 usdm s13 before i bought the swap. All of the guide for a redtop s13 swap into an s14 don't fully help since the harness was modded for an 89 240.. Do i just cut the dash connector off and splice the F3 plug in? Do i use an f2 plug? some guides say to use it others say dont.. what about the other two plugs i think f6 and f8 do they get spliced into the f3 aswell? where to i pluck the wires from for the f3 plug is what i'm asking i suppose!? great with soldering and heatshrinking just not great with working with wiring harnesses that were already modified.. Also A pinout of the fuse box would help alot also since I have an SR lower tranny harness.. i need help to make this car start and make chew chew noises please

Another thing i dont understand

Fuel Pump Relay

Connect one wire from F10-S13 SR to the power plug F3- S14 KA

Fuel Pump Relay- F3 S14 KA to F10 S13 SR Harness (See EC-201 S14 FSM)

F3-S14 KA 27-B/P Identification (Fuel Pump Relay)
F10-S13 SR 2-B/P SO i can figure that these two wires need to be wired up and that B/P means black with pink stripe but what do the numbers mean? They dont match up with the pinout
