Redtop headgasket suggestions

I tore down my motor before putting it in my car and i already have a gasket set for it and all the other stuff i need, but i am still up in the air about the headgasket. I am going to get arp headstuds and i was wanting to go with the cometic headgasket, but i dont know which size. can anyone tell me which size i need?

Also do i need to do anything with the timing chain since i have the motor apart? like i heard there was an upgrade or something new about the timing chain stuff now. dont really know though.
