I was checking my harness grounds and 21 and 29 don't seem to be grounded...

These are the sensor grounds for the o2 and tps i believe. I don't understand how I can have been driving around with no tps signal.

where are these supposed to be grounded? I see them go up into the harness, but I don't know where they connect to the chassis.

On the o2 sensor: White=Signal, Brown=Power, Brown w/ stripe=ground? Is that right?

Also, the wire for pin 47 was disconnected (ECU Switched Power). What impact would this have? it's been like that for a while.

Stranger things have happened. They may be the grounds for those sensors, but the car can also run seemingly just fine without those sensors on some people's setups.

Many people drive without the O2 sensor fully working and do not even know it. I drove my car without the TPS connected for over a year and had full power and was still getting 28 mpg.

If you think you know where they go then just reconnect them.

Well as you said they are sensor grounds. Which means they run from the ECU to the sensors you think they ground.

Well I figured out my o2 sensor isn't putting out anything. I checked the wiring and it's good so I must have just fried it by running too rich or lean or something when troubleshooting the million problems i had getting this thing goin.

Luckily my UEGO has an alternate analog output that simulates the o2 signal. But, does anyone know whether the SR ECU works on a linear or non-linear o2 signal? I can calibrate it for either, but I'm getting conflicting opinons on whether it's nernst cell or linear...?

Anyone know?
