redtop ecu input wire?

on the the o2 plug there is a brown, black and white wire and o2 input is pin 19 on the code 62 ecu i checked for input voltage at the ecu and it seems like im getting nothing so i want to wire from the o2 to the ecu which wire sends the voltage to the ecu?? one stays a constant 12volts?

White wire on the car harness. Output voltage from the O2 sensor is only about .4 volts, so make sure that your tester is in the right range.
