redt top sr o2 sensor...bad? good?

how can i determine if my o2 sensor is out? what are some of the symptoms? any way to tell?

thats just the thing i bought the car blown up and wrecked pulled the red top rebuilt it... full bottom end with 60 over cp pistons and fresh seals in head and so ive never known the stock fuel mileage but it feels like my car is leaning out at the top of boost and i'm only running 1 bar.... just pops and sputters anything over 10psi??? like its leaning out... thats the only thing thats not replaced is the o2 sensor, i even bought a new gt-28 turbo for it do you know if you have to run the s14 o2 sensor any input i greatly appreciated!!! thanks

i really couldnt tell ya. you might want to try to post in the tech section. and an o2 sensor is like $100 so its one of those things thats too expensive to buy just for a shot in the dark at trying to fix your problem.

I believe West Covina Nissan (the nismoshop) sells OEM S13 O2 sensors for $63

why not go to a dyno and see if its really leaning out and not just misfiring?
