Drill press; use an existing hole as the starting point.

Go to a reputable machine shop.

I would suggest you to go to the machine shop, if you want to do it urself , u should draw out the Q45 rotor diameter then draw out the 240 hub size diameter (to compare) which is 68mm I think , and then draw a circle that's 114.3mm Diameter ( same center of cuz)draw a cross on it. that would give u the most precise 4 point to drill the hole. by the way it's use a 1/2 drill bit would be good.

well, i already drilled them. used a drill press, put a bolt through one hold on the 240 rotors and into the q45 rotors, only hole those two share. then i used the existing 4 lug hole on the 240 rotors to drill the holes in the q45 rotors, after lining everything up and clamping it down. they both fit, if maybe a little tightly, but they fit on the 4 lug. i used a zarconium nitrade bit by craftsman, crazy bit, cant even tell its been used after that drilling. it was $15 though
