As the titile says, it possible to run 26mm Z brakes on a 4 lug S13 with redrilling rotors. Will SE 15's clear them and or will this even work?

I just redrilled my 5 lug Z rotors to 4 lug. It's really easy and they clear my SE wheels no problem (26mm). The fitment is perfect. So yes to both of your questions...just search for the pic post of which SE wheel will clear Z brakes without a spacer. There are two different spoke designs out there.

Heavythrottle does it for 'free' if you buy their rotors.

no.

there are two types of s13 se rims. they both look the same on the outside, but the spoke design is different. one spoke design will clear 26mm calipers, the other will not. No s13 se wheels will clear 30mm calipers.
