So I finally swapped over all my fluids to redline full synthetics:

10W30 for the motorMT90 for the transmissionShock Proof Heavy for the VLSD

I was quite impressed with how much smoother upshifting and downshifting is, and the car seems to engage/accelrate more briskly. the LSD even seems to lock quicker

So overall, despite the expense of the fluids replaced, I think it's well worth it.

Side note, the dealership was OK with putting in the motor oil, but told me to get the tran and diff done somewhere else (I got a suction gun and did it at my old work) so there wouldn't be any documentation on the change in fluids should a warranty issue come up

go figure.
