I am trying to get info on flushing the coolant systemwere is the drain plug? and at what mileage should I flush the system

All the info on the radiator and cooling system is available starting on page CO-8 in the Nissan Factory Service Manual. The drain for the radiator is located on the bottom of the radiator and is accessed through a hole in the underside front trim.
