What's up guys,

I'm documenting this for my boy RedClaw, He had the bright idea of doing something different with his car.( you might know what it is by reading the title)

But here it goes.***********************************************First off, Mad Props to Eddie (MexiFab) For performing all the hard labor during the swap.***********************************************When I got to the house this is what I found.------------------RedClaw Himself.------------------Passenger fender from donor car.----------------What's he welding over there? ------------------Oh that's what he's welding. -----------------Claw inspecting his..... IC piping? -----------------I wanted to mess with my car too so I popped the hood, Only to find there was nothing I could do to it... ----------------Claw just there chillin.----------------

Grinding -------------------

Driver side coming together. ------------------

Claw wanted to see what it would look like with the stock lights. -----------------

It started getting dark... --------------------

Bondo Time.----------------------

We tried it on the next day with better light.---------------------

Time to go look for a Hood and headlamp covers!

This was how we got there.-------------------

Found another donor car, Sweet! its white too!-----------------

Found this awesome Mini K&N filter in a Volvo. --------------------

You might be wondering, " how did you get a hood to fit in the car with 3 people in it?"

This is how.

------------------

laid the hood out.------------------

We took a break and grilled some burgers, and I shot some random pics in the back yard.----------------

The master fabricator him self filling up his pool.----------------

Claw (Paul) thinking " I hope this works."--------------

Test fitted the hood.

S13 Hood latches had to be used, and the Drift hood mood had to be done aswell to clear the back half of the S14 fender.

--------------

Eddie thinking about how he's gonna do the light covers.-------------

Random pic. ---------------------------

Paul Putting on the Sterns to see if they will clear the Fender.-----------------

Took off the busted arse lip on my car.--------------

Starting on the Passenger side.---------------

Marked the cuts.--------------

Driver side with Dookie Colored Primer.------------------------

Found an easier way to do the passenger side.------------------- Testing the light to see if they work to go to the Drift meet.------------------

Paul's motor.--------------------This is what it looks like as of now, Work will continue on it today.---------------------

Rolling shot.----------------

Eddies work area. (there is a hidden surprise in that pic if you look close. ) --------------------

In case ya missed it.------------

Well That's it for now.

Enjoy.

-Tan

This is insane. Those are the yellowest Zenki lights I've ever seen. Are they Laminexed or something? I want them for my J30 retrofit. Can I has?

You probably can pick them up from my boy Paul, He'll be in here soon.

I'm not a fan of this conversion, fron tend looks too small, should have spent the time with something else. Lots of sweet cars there, More pics of the Caravan!!! haha Anyways, should look decent (For an S14.3... )

And as for the title, RPS14 would be more of an S13 hatch rear conversion or something I have a good S13 rear, hmm Maybe I should... lmao nah.

Can't wait to see the final product, nice work on the fenders looking clean. I'm interested to see how you're gonna get the flip up lights functioning.

That RB looks like it's itchin' to burn some rubber what are your plans for it?

The flip up will be welded to some brackets (that will be adjustable BTW) and Celica/Supra Fog lamps will be used for lighting. It will be like a permanent sleepy eyes thing.

RB is going into a 50's RHD converted, AWD, ford rat rod. ( in the pic its already mounted into the chassis of the rod.

I used to feel that way too. But, if you already got an NSX, you can pretty do whatever the eff you wanna do. I have a feeling this will be baller.

I immediately saw the BMW in the background ( ) and got my hopes up that it would be the RB26 recipient, kind of like the absolutely sick build involving a '26 and an E30 bimmer, on z i l v i a. But, I have to say the '50's Rat Rod is a cool idea. Please say it's for drifting, although I heard suspension tech. from 58 years ago isn't the best for the sport.

updates, basically we got the hood perfectly centered align.

had to redrill holes using s13 hinges.

we are going to the junkyard tomorrow for popups housing since that would be the best thing to do......maybe rock the celica supra as fogs and turn signals

also getting more fenders, because we are gonna do it AGAIN!!!1!
