red light while braking 97 Q45

A red light comes on when I press the brake pedal. I recently changed all bulbs in the lamps. All lights are on and working properly.

If you're sure that all of the bulbs are working correctly, I would check into the connections at the brake lamp warning sensor - and if necessary replacing the sensor. You can read up on it in the factory service manual for your car, available at www.nicoclub.com/FSM/

I would first check the brake fluid. The light comes on when the level is low. Check that first, and then it's probably something with the sensor if the level is low.
