I have a 2005 Fuga 350GT with 165,000 kms of which i have owned it for the last 90,000. The car began experiencing an occasional slight delay on startup which gradually became more common until it cut out with a CEL. Took it to a scanner and found bank 1 cam sensor error.

As i had to wait 3 weeks for a new sensor i borrowed a used one from a 350z which lasted around 2,000 kms before the same issue began to resurface and eventually the car cut out again. I did not get the car rescanned but instantly replaced it with a brand new hitachi sensor (oem) but around another 2,000kms on the car and it is beginning to stutter start again.

Any info or input is greatly appreciated. I plan on removing the sensor again this weekend and visually inspecting the sensor, connector or wiring for any obvious signs of wear.
