How does everyone have it rigged? The nipple on the intake tube that I could have used is occupied by my catch can vac line so what do I do? Pics would be nice

A T won't work because evertime you shift you're going to pressurize the catch can and blow crap back into the motor. If you want to use the stock rubber intake tube, I'd drill a small hole in it, get a brass fitting that is threaded, but hollow and put a nut on either side of the rubber and tighten it down. Does that make sense?

What I'm going to do is actually have a pipe made for me out of aluminum. I'm going to basically have a CAI for my turbo. But I'm using an S14 turbo, so mine is going to bolt up to the front of the turbo. If you're using the T25 that comes w/the CA, then I think you'd have to use a silicone coupler.

I tried to do it but I experienced problem with attempt to recirculate my bov

the opening on the bov is about 1 inch, the nipple on the intake arm is about 2mm. I get severe compressor surge with the setup and the car wants to stall really bad whenever I Shift

unless I am doing something wrong, maybe it would be a good idea to test the recirculation on the nipple first

Thats a good point. I don't know that I would use any smaller diameter opening to recirculate with.

Would a Samco hose ( t -type) with the one inch opening work?

get a pipe made... really not that hard. Or you (Rico since you have an SR turbo) try and use an SR intake. It has a port to recirculate the stock bypass valve that comes on SR's.

Whats wrong with HT? I've done plenty of business with them and had absolutely no problem whatsoever. Hmmmm

They have screwed my orders no less than 3 times, and when I called the last time, the customer sevice was abismal. I really avoid doing business with them. Now Phase2 and Enjuku have always been fantastic. Phase2 screwed up my order once and overnighted me the correct part free of charge and let me keep the wrong part (it was a $10 exhaust gasket but still...)

Yeah, espcially since I have only shopped with them 3 times. So a 100% failure rating

Yea, if I had your experience I wouldn't shop with them either. I guess I'm just loved!

Sean, mine should be available within the month. I need it long enough to drive to the shop and have the CAI made after I get the motor in.

You already do man! And if I decide to get crazy and just wire it up as a blow through setup, then I won't need it at all. I'm still up in the air about that one though...
