Recon 94Q

I recently purchased a 94q with 60k miles on it. The car has sat for about 6years with out driving or being run. It was missing a few small parts that I am replacing and had a knock in the engine that I hope to resolve( I have the motor and transmission pulled and going thru with a fine toothed comb)

I just wanted to get input from some experienced people on what I should look at, because the car has been sitting for so long. What parts go bad generally just because of sitting and not moving for so long.

I'd flush the fluids and injectors and then look for problems. Rubber suspension components will probably be your biggest issues.
