I have a set of 18's from a 2010 M45. I need to know the recommended tire size without changing the shocks and springs also without rubbing. I want that clean look. Thanks everyone for your support

Without knowing the width of the wheels, I'm going to throw out four different sizes, all of which should work. What you choose needs to be based on what handling/ride aspects you want out of the tire.

Best handling, less tire roll:
225/40 18

Better handling, more ride comfort:
225/45 18

Good handling, smooth ride:
235/45 18

Ok handling, best ride quality:
245/45 18

All of those should keep you well within your boundaries, I'd be willing to bet you could even go up to a 50 or 55 series and still be ok.

No problem. Post up some pics when you get them mounted.

You have to host it somewhere like photobucket.

Something like that, but your image will appear.

Or you can send it to me in email and I'll host it for you.

And here we have it! 245/45 18's. Looks like you could even use a small spacer in the rear for a little better fitment. It may require extended wheel studs, which are not cheap. that is unless you go with hub centric spacers, in that case I'd say a 10-15mm spacer would be fine.
