Recommended Service Manual including wiring diagrams

Can anybody recommend a specific manual to use for repairs and troubleshooting for 93 vert? It must include wiring diagrams as I am having trouble with the pop up headlights. I have searched the forum and found reference to many problems and fixes for these things. I have a neighbor who is a whiz with auto electronics and I want to be armed with the best material available for troubleshooting. Thanx in advance!!!!!!

The factory service manual is downloadable off the net from several sites. phatg20.net has the one for the 94 240SX, which is pretty much the same as the 93.

Can you give the nature of the problems you are having with the popup headlights? Some of us here might just be able to solve your dilemma with a quick answer from past experiences. Just a thought....

Thanx for the response....Ive owned this stock 93 vert for about 3 years. No problems other than a heavy/sticky throttle feel when stepped on to go (lube issue?), but that is another question. Also, Me and the Misses only drive it in the summer @ 3K miles/year. The headlight problem developed over time. At first when turning lights on with the stalk, one light might come up seconds after the other. Then over time the "lazy" one would come up later and later. As time progressed, it would come up 20 minutes or more later!!! Then when the car and lights were shut off (I can't remember which headlight) would stay up and come down by itself long after walking away from the car??? The last thing that happened in the fall, I was driving home from work in the AM (working nights at the time) with one headlight up and one down 30 minutes from work and Johnny Law spots me, whips around, and reads me the riot act. Gotta love them!! So now I realize I got to get it fixed. Right now, (car is stored for winter) I would guess the "lazy" one will not come up at all and the good one is down too!. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!! Further details available on request!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there are some diagrams for 1991-1994 240sx in the above thread. click picture twice to fully enlarge. sounds like the timer.
