Recommended Fluids
What fluids do Infiniti owners recommend (especially the J owners)? What fluids do you recommend for good performance and would help with the life of the car? Give your recommendations for transmission, differential, coolant fluids and any other important fluids. No need to mention oil because there are enough threads on that as it is.
Motor oil:Any one of these http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....229.1Rear diff: MOBIL1 GL-5 (or if on a budget ValvolineDurablend GL-5 is decent one too at lower price)
ATF: MOBIL1 ATF or AMSOIL, ATF or Redline ATF, (if on budget ValvolineSynPower ATF will do)
Power steering: MOBIL 1 ATF (no typo)Brake fluid: ValvolineSYnPOwer DOT 3/4 fluid is one of the very best you can (easily) find.Coolant: 70% distilled water 1 bottle redline wetter water, rest antifreeze.Good AF is Nisssan Green, The Orange dexcool type stuff is real good too but to use that you MUST flush your cooling system twice to make sure u get all the green stuff out as its incompatible with the orange.
