recommendations for an sr20det exhaust

ive searched through some sites, but what exhaust do you recomend for a sr20det?

you haven't searched enough then. Read peoples reviews and compare the exhausts for what you're looking for in an exhaust.

I've got the Tanabe SMR on my S14. It was obnoxiously loud on a NA KA. Once I went SR it sounded a lot nicer. Ive also got a 3" DP and test pipe. The SMR doesnt have a resonator or anything on it. Just straight 3" SS piping. At 80 mph cruising its not bad at all. Lightly stepping on it in 1st then punching it is music to my ears. =) I love the exhaust and would highly recommend it to anyone. The fitment was perfect. I have no complaints.

oh yes, tanabe makes great products. Ever look into RS*R?

I have had Apexi N1s before and they are ok. I went with Buddy Club Spec II its a little loud but it was cheap enough so I will live with it.

I am running the 3" APEXi gt spec w/ cat eliminator and 3" down pipe on my sr and sounds great with some serious tone when I get on the gas. As most on here it is a suggestion as you will be the one buying and listening to it ..

Thats what I'm going to do when time/money allow.
