Recommendation for Repair shop/mechanic in NoVA

Hello All,

I am located in Norhtern VA and own a 2009 M35x for the last 1.5 yrs. Car has been great so far without any probs but lately have been noticing some issues which the delaer brushed off. Wanted to get recommendations for a trustworthy/reliable repair shop specializing in Infiniti cars here in NOVA to have my baby checked out. From searching online I came across Fairfax Auto Repair and COHO Automotive. Would you guys please provide some input if you have been to either of these places.

Which dealer gave you problems? I always go out to Infiniti Chantilly for the past 7 years or so. I'm not a fan of Infiniti Alexandria though even though I bought my car there. They gave me a better price but I don't get service there after my 2 free oil changes. Tyson's is just too hard to get in and out of so I don't bother with them.

jiggersplat, thanks for checking Angie's list, that was def a good call. Don't have an acct there, appreciate the info.

wideopn11, I bought my car and have been going for all service work to Chantilly but for an issue with my transmission (slight jerking when shifting gears) I was told its not a prob, when I could clearly tell the diff between when I first bought it and now. I want to take it to a Infiniti specialist so I can get a second opinion.

That's too bad Chantilly isn't good to you. I've always gone there but I was under warranty and nothing major. Let us know what you find out.
