It might fix the problem. The reason that JWT says to recirculate the BOV is that when the valve opens, it vents the pressurized air to the atomosphere creating an ultra rich condition since the system thinks that all of that vented air is going into the motor. By recirculating the air it remains captured in the system and the mtering is correct. The amount of load placed on your system will tend to magnify the condition (such as shutting down the throttle after a full boost load). The recirculation setup works great unless you are someone who has to hear the whoosh after every shift that the BOV makes when venting to the atomosphere.

cuz that metered air will go back into the intake after the maf so it will never be lost. that problem u have with it stalling is from the lighweight flywheel. the revs come down too fast its exactly the same in my car. i also have a lightweight driveshaft tho

OT---98KA24DET---I'm running a similar setup to you; I'm waiting for my JWT ECU so I can install the 370cc injectors. Any idea how much power your making at the wheels (or crank) with your setup? Any times?
Also, Structure240sx--What turbo kit are you using? NSPORT or FMAX? Any pics of the intercooler piping (both sides)/underneath the car/where the pipes loop around?

Well let me know when you ditch the cold pipe...I might take it off your hands
How long is your intercoler, from the tip of the inlet to the tip of the outlet? I determined I can't fit anything bigger than 30" tip to tip in my bumper...

That is one insanely massive intercooler. I can't have anything bigger than 30x8x2.5 unless I want to do some cutting (which I don't). 12" high makes you ditch the bumper support, eh? Or just trim it quite a bit?

Yes, they do..unforunately it's too thick (I'm gonna re-measure see if it will fit with minimal trimming). Plus, i'm extremely disappointed in how that business is run.

recirculate that bad boy. Believe me, you will still hear it!My car runs so good recirculated(driveability). I know you can prolly fix it with SAFC but believe me, you will still hear it. I have a Greddy Type S and it sounds great at 11-12 psi so far.
