I'm getting all my parts in today. However after looking at the air intake pipe going into the turbo. There is no hole to recirculate with. What do I do here. Do I bring it to a welding shop, buy a new one....? Here's a pic

You just answered your own question. Either take it to a welding shop for them to weld on a nipple or buy a new intake pipe with one.

Or, you can go to the parts store. In the radiator repair section, there should be Dorman brand heater hose adapters. They are used for old school V8 water pumps that have heater hoses coming right off the water pump. One side is threaded and the other is a pipe nipple. I have a 5/8" one that I Dremel'ed out a hole in my hard intake pipe and threaded for my valve cover vent return. Pretty easy, and at a cost of about $2, pretty easy on the wallet.
